Grocery Shopping

I'm rediscovering the joys of ramen noodles. They were on sale for the low price of $.125, so I bought 12. I'm guessing to be about 20% salt by the time I'm debt-free. At least it's farmer's market season, so I can get low cost greens like bok choy and swiss chard. I still buy fruit on sale from the supermarket, though, since it's almost as good and much cheaper.

I do find it hard to get cheap protein. I'm a vegetarian, and I like the Boca/Morningstar Farm/Gardenburger stuff, but it's so pricey. I try to get it on sale, but a girl's gotta get her protein!

Ramen recommendation--don't use the whole packet (only part of it). You'll feel better (and not so bloated).
